FOUR GAMES GONE IN STOURBRIDGE!

A fantastic night in the Stourbridge Tuesday League at Stourbridge Rugby Club as the league season continued.

There was one non-attendance as 'Springfield FC' were not present, unfortunately as the team have now missed the last 2 fixtures the team will be removed with immediate effect as per the terms and conditions when signing up to the league. Although this does open up a space it is important that all teams are present each week in order for the league to run smoothly each and every week, if you are having any problems please ensure you contact your Area Manager and they can help in anyway that you need.

In more positive news we welcomed new team 'Pogues FC' who ran out very impressive 4-0 winners in their first game. We wish them all the best moving forward in the league.

Game of the night in the Premier Division goes to the clash between 'Haven't Got A Kalou' and 'Wollaston'. Two very good teams faced off but 'Wollaston' showed real quality to run away with the 4-1 win. With the impressive start they have made they are looking real contenders for this season, next up 'Stourbridge CC'.

The Division 1 game of the night goes to the 7 goal thriller between 'Who Ate All Depays' and 'See You Next Tuesday'. It really was an end to end game that could have gone either way and was a joy to watch. 'Who Ate All Depays' came out with the 4-3 win and therefore are locked in a good battle in Division One as everyone now has a win under there belts. As the weeks go by it will be interesting to see if they can continue this winning run and continue to climb the table.

Team of the week are 'Athletic Dildao' with there impressive 5-0 win over 'Boom Xhaka Laca' shows there intent for the season as they are only not 2nd in the league due to goals scored. Next week they come up against league leaders 'Dyslecsia Untied' can they win again and close the gap to the league leaders?

We currently have TWO SPACES to join the league! Sign up today and take part in the best leagues in your area!
