FOUR TO GO IN THE BRIERLEY HILL TUESDAY LEAGUE!

A fantastic night at Stourbridge Rugby Club in the Stourbridge Tuesday 6-a-side league this week with all teams in attendance as expected and some brilliant games played throughout.

It was brilliant to welcome new team 'Inter Row-Z' for there first games and they looked very impressive in the two games they played. They will be playing games in the extra kick off times until the new season begins at the start of next month.

Game of the night in the Premier Division could have gone to a few games however has to go to the game between 'Stourbridge CC' and 'BH Darlings'. A game that looked very much done and dusted when 'Stourbridge CC' raced out to a 4-0 lead however 'BH Darlings' fought back to 4-3 but only to run out of time to get anything out of the game. This means 'Stourbridge CC' remain unbeaten since lockdown and are an in form team, lets see if they can keep it going into the game against league leaders '50 Shades Of O'Shea' next week and throw a spanner in the works when it comes to the race for the title.

The Division 1 game of the night goes to the 5 thriller between 'See You Next Tuesday' and 'Mike Wazowski FC'. It really was an end to end game that could have gone either way and was a joy to watch. 'Mike Wazowski FC' came out with the 3-2 win and therefore remain undefeated to start the season and are making an early push for promotion, next up the other unbeaten side 'Springfield FC', can they continue this form and be our winners of Division One this season?

Team of the week are 'Mike Wazowski FC' with the result above. Having played in the league for a number of weeks they are looking more and more settled and therefore more and more confident in their abilities, can they get the best of there opponents next week and pull clear in the race for the title.
