TUESDAY 6 A SIDE IN TEIGNMOUTH

Despite the blustery and chilly conditions we was another great night of 6 a side at Teignmouth Community College for week 4 of our Tuesday night league.

Premiership leaders Fourintina had a good night, opening up a decent gap on the pack with a comprihensive 13 - 2 win over new side Six Offenders. Sonny Tredwell scored 5 as did Zack Weeks while Brad Beslan and Lee Tredwell chipped in with a couple each. It takes time to settle into 6 a side and it was a tough fixture to get 1st up for Six Offenders but they will be looking to regroup and bounce back next week i have no doubt.  Sixes and Seven along with Paris Ganja Man sit on 4 points having both picked up points wins this week due to a few teams being away.

In Division One it's Kroos Control that lead the promotion charge, 8pts from 4 games played and they lead by 2 from Two Left Feet who they got the better of this week in a tight game that finished 3 - 2 to The Kroos. Jay Ludlow's double strike securing the points for his side. Elsewhere there was another 3 - 2 scoreline between Fillherwycombe and Old Dogs. Hiles, Butcher and Abbott on target for Wycombe to put them 3rd. Head, Head & Heady moved out of the bottom two with a tight 2 - 1 win over Dave's U11's who drop in there in a division that looks to be producing close games every week which is exactly what we want to see.
