WEEKLY NEWS FOR 10th FEBRUARY

Not even Storm Ciara can stop us! Another great night of football up John of Gaunt school in testing conditions! All teams in attendance as expected!
Backstreet Girls 5 - 0 Al Bang Ur Nan
The first game of the evening probably saw the most difficult conditions of the night but it was Backstreet Girls and Ethan Green who handled them the best with a comprehensive performance which saw them run out 5 - 0 winners in a game that had chances galore and very difficult conditions for the keepers!
Triple Trunk FC 3 - 2 The Trowbridge Foxes
This game saw the return of Foxes captain Lindel Gilling! This wasn't enough to help spur them on to a win as a couple of costly mistakes were pounced on by Josh Penelhum and his team as they were clinical in their finishing, shout out to Dallin Toone for a man of the match performance in nearly inspiring a Foxes comeback late in the second half!
Club Tropicana Drinks FC 5 - 0 Tugas FC
It was a goal filled evening as Tropicana continued their push to try and knock Tellisford off their perch as they put 5 past Tugas FC with the performance of the night award going to Matty Morris in a display that provided everything! Goals, Assists and even a bit of defending!
Six Offenders 1 - 10 Tellisford United
It looked like we could have an upset on the cards early on in our last game as Six Offenders bagged a well deserved equalizer early in the first half to square things up at 1 - 1, inevitably it wouldn't be enough though as both Warren Maidment (In his new astros) and Aston Shanley really turned on the style with some outstanding football on display! Pity Tom our cameraman couldn't get the camera to work in the conditions because we could have easily had three goal of the season contenders in this one with some outrageous finishes!
