WEEKLY NEWS FOR 13th DECEMBER

Final game of the season saw plenty of action as well as the trophy presentations and the popping of champagne corks! (Eventually)

FC Fusion had a superb chance at snatching second place as they started the evening off with a points game which gifted them a 5 - 0 victory! Corey Pugh the stand out player in the friendly. Club Tropicana Drinks FC prove they are title contenders for next season after seeing off reigning champions Borussia Munchenvadgeflaps 4 - 0, captain Aaron Seviour leading his team from the front in this one! Shunt Gunk Utd secured a close fought 2 - 1 win over Bring Back Lloyds in what will be the latters final game in the Thursday League! Benteke Fried Chicken wrapped up the Premier League title with great style seeing off stand in team Short, Back & Stompin 4 - 0, Jac Parker putting in a brilliant performance for his boys, the score line doesn't tell the whole story with captain Will Holt having to pull off multiple saves to earn his clean-sheet! Bayer Alwayslusen has work to do going into the final game of the season against The Freshford Rejects, again it was a captains performance from Aaron Thornton which separated the teams and Bayer secured second place with a 3 - 2 victory!

Chuckle Vision FC completed their unbeaten season with a solid 3 - 0 win over Fossil FC, Terry Askew earning himself MVP the opener. Ivory Toast finished the season with a bang seeing off Expected Toulouse 4 - 0, Jacob May putting in an epic shift for his team. Game of the night goes to the clash between Madiline Milan F.C & McDons FC which saw end to end action in both halfs, it was McDons who came out on top, Max Dean proving to be the match winner. 6 Offenders look like they will be title contenders next season with a comprehensive 5 - 2 win over Class on Grass even with talisman and captain Matt Andrews missing from the match day squad. The final game of the evening saw Scoring like Sanogo see off a much improved Magpies FC, Aaron Stephenson the man of the match in a 4 - 1 win.
