There was no shortage of goals in the Louth Wednesday 6-a-side league this week, with a bunch of high-scoring games providing plenty of entertainment. 

In the Premier League, Louth Lads cruised past Beer 7-3 to provide a thrilling start to the evening's action, while also climbing above their rivals Only Put Matip In on goals scored. Only Put Matip In comfortably defeated Cesc Offenders 5-1, as Manby FC got off the mark with their first win, easing past For Evra Young with the same scoreline. 

As for Division 1, Here For A Laugh continued their perfect start to the season in their bid to regain promotion, smashing Pathetico Madrid 8-2. We Can All Dream got on the board in style with their first win, brushing aside Tekkerslovakia 6-1, knocking the latter out of the top two. MLC took advantage and climbed into the promotion spots with a 4-1 triumph over 6 Guys 1 Cup. 

The field looks very competitive across both divisions in what promises to be an enthralling season.
