The Scunthorpe Thursday 7-a-side league rolled on with some thrilling games this week at the St Lawrence Academy.

Fiction FC took on Pathetic Athletic, and put in a wonderful shift to dispatch them 7-2 and enter the top two. No Muff To Tuff FC were solid in their 3-1 win against Crosby Colts, which allowed them to move out of the bottom two. Reigning champs IsYourMotherwell faced a daunting challenge from the new boys Santiago Chebs FC who are in fine form. But the former proved their mettle in a tough game, hanging on to a 1-0 lead to claim the points. 

Elsewhere in Division 1, Stroke Titty beat Murder On Zidanes Floor 4-2, as leaders FC Partizany were held to a 2-2 draw by a resilient Pork Vale side. Berkeley Bad Boyz and Romanian Boys played out a fantastic ten-goal thriller, with the Bad Boyz coming out on top 6-4.
