Scunthorpe Thursday 7-a-side: Lots of high-scoring games!
There was no shortage of goals this week in the Scunthorpe Thursday 7-a-side league, with some tremendous contests across both divisions.
In the Premier League, Fiction FC knocked Santiago Chebs FC out of the top two with a convincing 4-1 win over them. Pathetic Athletic and No Muff to Tuff FC played out a brilliant battle, with the former winning 4-3.
League leaders IsYourMotherwell dropped points for the first time this season, with the resilient Crosby Colts holding them to a 3-3 draw in another fascinating matchup.
Division 1 saw Stroke Titty continue their unbeaten run with a 4-1 victory over Pork Vale, and took top spot in the process. FC Partizany moved into the top two, pushing out Berkeley Bad Boyz with a 3-1 win over them. Romanian Boys and Murder on Zidanes Floor played out another seven-goal thriller, with the former edging out the contest 4-3.
