The Scunthorpe Thursday 7-a-side league saw some more fast-paced football at the St Lawrence Academy this week, rolling into round four of the season.
In the Premier League, Santiago Chebs and Valacticos went head-to-head, as the latter stayed solid and moved into the top two with a 2-0 win.
IsYourMotherwell held their ground atop the table, as they grinded out 1-0 win against Fiction FC. Stroke Titty picked up their second win with an assured 5-1 victory over Solventis.
As for division 1, we kicked off with a corker, as Gout faced Neptun Angels in the first clash. And Gout were on fire, as they eventually found their rhythm to run away with an 8-3 win in a terrific match.
Bath Boys received a default win, as Class on Grass and Saka Spuds putting on another high-scoring show.
Much closer than the first game, this ten-goal thriller went end-to-end before Class on Grass managed to come away with the 6-4 W.
