2 Girls 1 Klopp and 3 impress!

Mondays are my favourite day of the week because it means pulling my boots on and stepping out onto that 3G surface...

Like so many, getting out onto that pitch is one of my favourite 30 minutes throughout the week where nothing else matters and we get to sweat out all the toxins from over the weekend...

As usual we had a full house and plenty of very good games!

PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM OF THE WEEK!

It has to go to 2 Girls 1 Klopp this week. This would’ve been their biggest game of the season so far. These guys are always pushing for the title and are a team very capable of winning it, but there are plenty of teams worthy of giving them a very tough game, which was the case on Monday. Monday was a real rival match between 2nd and 3rd, both level on points and only 1 point behind the league leader, so very much a must win game for both teams. However, it was 2 Girls 1 Klopp’s night walking away with a 4-2 win and now claiming 2nd place in the leader and staying right up behind the league leaders!

DIVISION ONE TEAM OF THE WEEK!

After a slow start to the season, 3 finally get their first win of the campaign and in very emphatic fashion! This was certainly up their with their best performances and a performance of this quality certainly deserved a convincing win! This stand out performance was certainly overdue from these guys, but we can definitely say that its been coming, which also takes them into 6th place and out of the “red zone” at the bottom of the league.

DIVISION ONE MOTM AWARDS!

Cody piper - 3 - Cody was yet again outstanding for his team with another MOTM performance, now sitting joint top of the MVP leader board!

Jake Burton-eye - Lampposts - Jake is always excellent for his team and is usually one of the players that is in the referees mind for MOTM. This week he gave the referee now choice...

Bailey Roffey - Cripswitch Town - Bailey is proving to be unstoppable in front of goal lately and has now shot straight to the top of the golden boot table.
