IMPORTANT NOTICE

**IMPORTANT MESSAGE**

Hi All

It's great to see everyone enjoying their football but it has been noticed over the last couple of weeks teams not turning up without giving adequate notice. This has an impact not only on the integrity of the league but also the opponents for that fixture.

For 18 months now we have managed to keep the costs down with no increase, however teams not turning up does impact on our costs.and can't be sustained. If teams continue to not turn up without proper notice we will have no choice but to increase the costs of the games which is something we are trying to avoid.

Please remember 7 days notice is required to cancel a game and 2 weeks pay or play notice to drop out of the league. I think you all know by now that usually even outside of these times we will try and assist where we can but to not attend and not send a message or send a message on the day is not fair on me or the other teams.

Failure to give the appropriate notice will result in having to pay double match fee the week after. Even in these instances, contrary to head office policy, we try to help, by offering to accept a few pounds a week extra in payment.

Please note we always take steps to successfully recover any fees owed to us.

All in all the majority of the teams turn up on time, pay the right amount and are fantastic additions to the leagues, this is just a polite reminder to everyone of what it needs to be a good, well run league for all involved.
