Abingdon Monday league updates

We had a brilliant night of six a side football at Tilsley Park as our Abingdon Monday league continued to go from strength to strength. The only slight disappointment was the non attendance of AFC Didcot, but we were grateful to LP FC for letting us know they were unable to attend.

Please remember to contact Head Office on 0333 123 2340 and let us know if you are unable to attend your game. Although you will still be charged the full match fee if it's less than seven days notice, this allows us to arrange a match for your opposition.

House Of Spice sit top of the Premier Division, as they made it six wins out of six. Hanney FC stole the show last night with a shock 7-0 victory over second placed Inter Yanan, leaving House Of Spice four points clear as we approach the half way stage of the current season.

Things are a lot tighter in Division One, where there is remarkably just two points between the top four teams. Grove Rising Stars were beaten for the first time this season by an inspired Diane Abbott's 6-a-side, and Coopers Troopers and Survey Monkeys both took advantage to close the gap.
