Sunday 25th April - Birmingham Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening's 6 a side football in Birmingham on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled barring a cancellation from Druids Heath Allstars who have now withdrawn from the league with immediate effect.

Dad's Army made it two wins from two matches in the Premier Division as they put Brunswick Bladez to the sword, 3-0 the final scoreline in an efficient performance.

There are three teams on maximum points in Division One after two matches, Krul Runnings, Tea and Busquets and Tekkerslovakia all picking up consecutive wins to start the campaign.

South Birmingham Storm sealed a second win, along with a second clean sheet in a row as they ran out 3-0 victors over The Favourites.  It Was Only a Squidge also won their match 2-0 to keep their record intact at this early stage of the campaign.

 Oldman Athletic sit pretty at the top of Division Three, they were awarded a 5-0 win this week due to their opponents cancelling.  Druids Heath Allstars have now been removed from the league and replaced with new team Athletic Utd FC.

Stevie Wonders impressive start to cthe campaign continued in Division Four, a 5-0 win over BCU Vets their latest result, seeing them score 13 goals in their opening two games.
