The Northampton Sunday 7-a-side league saw just two official games, but both of them were top notch, as we also had a couple of fun friendlies. 

The action started with walkovers for Hangover FC and Retirement Home FC, as they enjoyed some casual friendly action. 

In the first official game of the week, Gromit Mug FC put in a wonderful shift to beat Skippers 5-0, a result that saw them jump to the top of the standings on goal difference. 

Never Back Down faced off against Pay to Win in the second game, with the former winning 3-1 to keep their perfect start to the season intact.

Remember though, a walkover for your side doesn’t mean you can’t still get on the pitch.
