Prem top 3 all win at Maidstone Wednesday 6 a side

All expected teams were in attendance last night although we did have 3 teams away this week. Two will be back next week but sadly Astro Worldies have had to vacate the league, we thank them very much for their time in the league and hopefully they will be back in the future.

One thing we now know this season is that we will have new champions in the Premier League and it is 2 Goals 1 Cup that lead the way by a point from Seshball and two from The Upbeats. 2 Goals won last night 4-1 against Geri Hat-tricks with Morgan grabbing a hat-trick. Seshball had a points match win as they played Mind of Mata while The Upbeats bounced back from a heavy defeat last week to win big themselves as they beat Shush FC 10-1, Ollie Hewitt, Jamie Butler and Dom Bourne all grabbing hat-tricks. In the other Prem match Crouch Potato won 5-2 against Real Ale Madrid.

With a couple of teams away this week in Div 1 Mind of Mata stay on top after a points match win which they played against Kazakhstan who also picked up a points match victory. Tommy Clark scored a brace for Norfolk In Way You're Winning as they beat Inter Yernan 3-1 while in a cracking match between Boobs N Doobs and Useless FC, Doobs came out on top winning 3-2.

Thank you to Derek for supervising and running the night and to our refs Jake, Josh, Ash and Steve plus all our teams. See you all next week. On a disappointed note we did have a couple of discipline issues last night which is unusual for the league, a yellow and red card have been put through. Please can we remember to conduct yourself in a controlled manor at the league. It's 6 a side and we don't want to see poor behaviour, unlike other leagues we will put cards through as we want our leagues to be competitive but friendly and welcoming to all teams and players.
