Hull Monday 6-a-side league: We have our winners!
In the penultimate round of games of the Hull 6-a-side league Monday league, all the divisions saw the winners elected mathematically.
In the Premier League, Willerby Warriors dismantled Stroke Titty 6-0 to seal the title after an unbeaten season. Tripe FC eased past Bumbaclarts 4-0 to all but seal second spot. Crystal Meth Palace had a walkover against Corey FC, and played out a friendly against the Warriors.
Division 1 saw two walkovers as well for Smart Dogs and Inter Yanan, with the former clinching the title, and Virgins on Tour grabbing the second promotion spot with a 3-2 win over Puff Daddy FC in a tight battle.
In Division 2, Barely Athletic's walkover meant they sealed the title, while 7 Men No Cups were held by a resilient Fenerbackache to a 2-2 draw but they have all but sealed their place in the second promotion spot. Punisher eased past Renford Rejects 4-0, they still have an outside shot at second place, although they will need a miraculous scoreline to get it, and 7 Men No Cups will have to lose by a big margin as well.
