Monday 22nd October - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evenings football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league overall this week.  There were however three teams who cancelled on the day.  We look forward to seeing Worthing Warriors, Bad Kompany and LA Resistance return on Monday 29th October for the final week of the current season.

There are still some places to be decided in some Divisions as in Division one either LA Dairy Milk or Findon CCFC can finish in second place, just two points separate the two and with a similar goal difference it remains wide open as to who can go up to the Premier Division.

In Division two LA Resistance and Range Athletic are level on points meaning either could still be promoted in the final week of the season.  

In Division Two a special mention must go to Not So Athletic who have already sealed promotion but could still win the title, they go into the final week of fixtures just one point behind Fake Madrid who are currently top.  This is a much improved season for a team who finished fourth last season, and bottom of the table for the two seasons previous!
