Monday 4th October - Worthing Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night, the only exception being Moites FC for the second week running, meaning they've now been removed from the league with immediate effect.

MK Don's remain top of the Premier Division after their 3-1 victory over Hussars FC meaning they remain two points clear of the chasing pack.  Wins for Chiellini Con Carne and FC Big Wangs mean they are still being hunted down though and cannot afford to let their foot off the gas going into the final five weeks of the season.

Hakuna Juan Mata now top Division One after they won the battle of the top two teams this week, a 5-3 victory over Sevilla Autism in an entertaining encounter sees them leapfrog this weeks opponents and sit a single point clear.

Borussia Munchonflapjack continue to show no let up in Division Two, they won their eighth game in nine this week with a 9-2 thrashing of Diego Costa Coffee.  A shock 7-1 defeat for Pukki 22 v Wet Ass Pukki sees them drop into third place, whilst Asthma FC move into second place with a 3-2 victory over Havana Club.

Arseanal remain top of Division Three with a 1-1 draw against Degree Six, although their lead was slashed to two points as Cream of the South who were 4-2 winners over Bayern Munchies in what is shaping up to be an interesting end to the season.

We wish all teams good luck heading into the next round of fixtures with Worthing's premier provider of small sided football!
