Monday 26th November - Worthing Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening of 6 a side football in Worthing on Monday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night except a late cancellation from LA Dairy Milk and a non-attendance from Bad Kompany.  Both will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Monday 3rd December.

FC Seshlehem dropped their first points of the season as they came up against Hussars FC, a team who have experience of getting results in the top division.  3-2 the final score in an entertaining encounter which pushes Hussars into second position at this early stage of the season.

Range Athletic continued their incredible start to the season in Division One, this week picking up their fourth consecutive win with a 6-2 victory over LA Resistance.  They have now scored a whopping 44 goals in their first 4 matches.  Bowen Balcony also recorded an impressive victory as they became the latest side to sweep aside Worthing Warriors who have endured a difficult start to the season, the match ended 14-1.

Game of the night in Division Two was without question the clash between FC Casj and Not So Athletic, finishing 8-4 to Casj who climb to second place with that result.  Bag Raiders remain top in their first season with 3 wins and a draw from their first 4 games, they won 3-1 against Fat Old & Cold.

In Division Three the best action was to be found in the clash between Queens Park Strangers and Benteke Fried Chicken.  An entertaining encounter ended 7-4 to Queens Park Strangers as they climb above Benteke on goal difference into second place.

Best of luck to all of our teams going into next weeks matches with Worthing's premier provider of small sided football.
