Monday 12th November - Worthing Round-Up

It was a fantastic evening of 6 a side football in Worthing on Monday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some entertaining matches played across all four divisions which was good to see.

FC Seshlehem are enjoying their start to life in the Premier Division, with a very entertaining 10-5 win over LA Dairy Milk as their philosophy seems to be to outscore their opponents at any cost.  A total of 18 scored in their first two matches as they sit at the summit at this early stage.  New team Joga Bonito are worthy of a mention as they picked up their first point since being put directly into the Premier DIvision, getting an impressive 1-1 draw against Hateful Eight.

In Division One LA Dairy Milk romped to victory in their match against Worthing Warriors, winning by an incredible scoreline of 21-1.

In a night which seemed to be littered with goals Fake Madrid overcame Woodies and Tits in an entertaining clash in Division Two, finishing 7-3.

Pick of the matches in Division Three was Queens Park Strangers 9-1 victory over Bad Kompany, Disunited also put in an impressive performance as they saw off Pony FC 5-1.

It was an incredible evening overall with a total of 131 goals scored in the 16 matches that took place throughout the night.

After playing out their 2 weeks withdrawal notice we can confirm that Chips CCFC have withdrawn from the league.  We are however pleased to welcome new team FC Sporting Lesbian to Division 2 as their replacement and we wish these the best of luck going into their first fixture on Monday 19th November.

Good luck to all teams going into next weeks fixtures with Worthing's premier provider of small sided football.
