Monday 25th February - Worthing Round-Up

It was an excellent start to the new season in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league with all teams in attendance throughout the night including new team Bloc FC who played their first fixture with us, they were beaten 5-1 at the hands of FC Seshlehem but were said to have been in good spirits after the game as they adapt to life in the Premier Division.

Division One saw a thrilling encounter with Fake Madrid overcoming FC Big Wangs 8-5 in an end to end match.

In Division Two All The Gear No Idea top the table after the season opener, they were 6-4 winners in the match against FC Sporting Lesbian.

2 Goals 1 Cup were the big winners in Division Three as they thrashed Bad Kompany 7-2, whilst game of the evening in the division was the 6-4 victory for Queens Park Strangers over Pony FC in what was a night of high scoring games in general.
