Sunday 12th September - Worthing Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception being Breast Rummidge Albion who cancelled with the required 7 days notice and return to action on Sunday 19th September.

There is a new leader in the Premier Division as  the top two met this week, High Salvington Gentlemen leapfrogged The Rebels after scoring a 2-1 victory in a tightly contested game.

In Division One, Weymouth Wanderers remain top of the pile as they recorded a convincing 5-2 victory over mid-table Only Put Matip In. Real Le Sheet remain on their tails though, as they were 4-2 winners in their match over The Bobby Carlos Experience.

Unnamed FC stay top of Division Two and unbeaten as they were 4-1 winners against Dragons in a match which yielded no surprises.  Enter a Team Name Here moved up to second spot following a 3-0 win over Unfit Ballers, as only two points separates the top four teams in a tightly contested division.
