Sunday 20th January - Worthing Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening of 6 a side football in Worthing on Sunday with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some entertaining matches played throughout the night.

All Blacks keep up their astonishing record in top spot in the Premier Division as they made it 12 wins from as many games with a 4-0 thrashing over Slightly Athletic.  Untouchables went two points clear of Neville Wears Prada this week as the two met, they came out 2-1 winners in a tightly contested affair.  AFC Romania are hot on their heels in fourth spot though after an impressive 7-0 win against Reserved For Last Place.

In Division One Taking The Mkhitarayan jump into top spot as they won convincingly 6-1 against The Mulberry Torpedoes whilst The Gaylacticos were beaten 3-2 by Lahmageddon in a surprise result, they slipped into second spot on the back of this.

Murder on Zidanes Floor have now withdrawn from the league after playing out their 14 days notice.  Reserved For Last Place have dropped into Division One from the Premier Division after struggling in their first two matches in the top league.

We are pleased to welcome new team Row Z Rovers to the league this week and wish these good luck going into their first fixture on Sunday 27th January.
