Sunday 5th January - Worthing Round-Up

It was a fantastic evening of 6 a side football in Worthing on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night and some entertaining football played across both divisions.

It was a big week at the top of the Premier Division as Taking The Mkhitarayan's 6-2 win over The Rebels saw them move into second place above their opponents, whilst AFC Romania's goalless draw with Row Z Rovers sees Mkhitarayan also move level on points at the top.  Neville Wears Prada moved above Play For Fun and into fifth place after they beat them 6-3 in an entertaining match.  There were also 2-2 draws in both other matches in the division to cap an eventful evening in the top league.

It remains relatively unchanged in Division One as Weymouth Wanderers continue to lead the way, they thrashed So Sompting Crew 10-2, boosting their goal difference considerably in the process.  Lahmageddon remained in second place and moved two points clear of Unfitballers in third, who they ran out 3-2 winners against.  The Legends won 7-4 in another entertaining match against The Dragons, whilst there were 4-3 wins for Average FC and Mas Dog Academy to cap the evening's action off.
