Tuesday 17th January - Worthing Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening's football in the Worthing Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night, including new boys Sebl FC who played their first fixture with us!  The debut team couldn't have had a tougher start as they lined up against Dad Bods FC in their opening game, losing out 9-1, but they will be looking to build upon this going into future weeks.

DFC remain intent on taking the title from under the nose of Dad Bods, a 12-1 win over GB Electronics showed this intent as they further boosted their goal difference ahead of the showdown between the top two on the final week of the campaign.

Paris Ain't German moved up to third place with a 9-3 victory against 5 and a Half White Guys, whilst an out of form Dog & Duck slipped to fourth place with a fourth straight defeat, 5-4 to AEFC, you have to go back to 6th December for their last victory as they look to put this campaign behind them.

We wish all teams good luck going into the final round of fixtures with Worthing's premier providers of small sided football, ahead of the new season which kicks off on Tuesday 31st January!
