Tuesday 19th July - Worthing Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's football in the Worthing Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and plenty of goals scored throughout the night!

Champions Midnight Dynamos were rampant this week as they gave AFC Omelette a beating, thrashing them by a 10-0 scoreline as they look to retain their crown this season.

Paris Ain't German made it 3 wins in a row this week as they beat Albec FC 6-0 in a convincing performance to stay top.  Dog & Duck FC also have a perfect start to the campaign thus far, they were 8-3 winners over Chicken Life FC in a well competed game.

We are pleased to confirm that new team 'Sesh Club 7' join the league this week, they come in as a replacement for Pukki 22 B who've changed days they play.  We wish these good luck going into their first fixture with us on Tuesday 26th July!

We thank all teams for their reliability and commitment towards the league during the hot weather conditions we have recently experienced which has helped keep the leagues running smoothly each week.

AS IT IS NOW PEAK HOLIDAY SEASON WE REMIND ALL TEAMS THAT IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH 7 DAYS NOTICE OR MORE TO CANCEL A FIXTURE THEN YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.  WE WANT TO WORK WITH ALL TEAMS ON THIS AND ACCEPT THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE EVERY GAME.  PROVIDING WE HAVE THIS NOTICE FROM YOU IT MAKES IT A LOT EASIER FOR US TO ARRANGE SOMETHING IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR OPPONENTS.
