Tuesday 20th September - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled.

We are delighted to welcome a new team to the Tuesday league!  We wish DFC good luck going into their first fixture on Tuesday 27th September and are pleased to confirm that the league is now full once again!  

On the pitch, leaders Paris Ain't German are closing in on the title and are determined not to let it slip away as it did last season, they romped to a 7-0 win over Sesh Club 7, so one more point should see them home due to their superior goal difference, but a defeat next week would make it very interesting as they meet second placed Dog and Duck in the final game of the season!

Elsewhere there were two well competed games played, as new boys 2 Girls 1 Schlupp registered their first point since joining, they shared the spoils with AEFC in a 3-3 draw, whilst Dad Bods won an entertaining encounter against Chicken Life by 4 goals to 2.
