WEEKLY UPDATE FROM THE KIDDERMINSTER SUNDAY LEAGUE 11TH AUG

An excellent evening in the Kidderminster Sunday 6 aside league with all teams in attendance and everything running as scheduled.

With only 4 weeks remaining in the current season, the premier league was blown wide open this week as current leaders Six Offenders were defeated 2-0 by second placed Ashes6 who have now reduced the deficit to only 1 point. Salt N Lineker lie a further point behind as they were gifted a 5-0 victory this week. 

Division one saw Joga Bonito extend their lead at the top to 7 points and are now just 1 victory away from securing the title as they defeated second placed Nein XI 6-0. This victory extends their 100% record in the division to 10 matches and they will surely give the premier division teams a run for their money if they get promoted at the end of the season.
