Play in the Guernsey Wednesday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

The exhilarating 5th week of the Guernsey Wednesday 6-a-side Football League came to a thrilling finish last night, with high adrenaline games across all three divisions.

In the Premier League, Bossolona defeated Tony's Tackle Factory in a closely contested match that ended 2-1, while Too Many Flutes FC squeezed a 2-1 victory against Two Girls One Schlupp. The Mail Men eked out a 1-0 win against Substandard Liege, while Pelé Galaxy CF fell 3-1 to RC FC. Los Diablos emerged as the big winners of the night in the top flight, trouncing Donky Tree 4-1.

Moving down to Division 1, Bitcoin edged out Afro Stars 3-2 in a nail-biter. Egg Fried Reus and Jager Sinkers both scored four goals in their 4-2 victories over EY 11 and One Foot In The Grave, respectively. Brentford Rejects also managed a narrow 1-0 win against Baines On Toast, while Gash Galvanisers shut out Class On Grass 2-0.

In Division 2, Cherry-Poppers and GUERNSEY ACADEMICALS both emerged victorious, beating Football Club FC and Only Put Matip In 2-0 and 4-1, respectively. Ran Out Of Mane won 2-1 against Valpys FC, while First Class Ballers dominated against Purple Reign, winning 4-0. Finally, AAFC won a tightly contested match against Who Ate All Depays, ending the game at 3-2.

Although the top scorers for each division haven't been officially announced, it was evident that Los Diablos, Egg Fried Reus, and First Class Ballers were the high scoring teams in their respective divisions. The teams and players are eagerly looking forward to the next week's fixtures, promising another week of thrilling football.
