Gosport Monday 7 a side news - match day 7

In the latest round of Gosport Monday's 7-a-side football league, impressive performances and high-scoring games were the key highlights. The past week marked the seventh week of this thrilling season.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, League 1 Crew secured a comfortable victory over Exeter Gently, ending the match with a 3-0 scoreline. Lost Rovers demonstrated their prowess and attacking strength with a resounding 11-1 win against Chairman Supernova. The last game in this division saw Gangstas Allardyce narrowly edge past Dads on Tour with a 3-2 win. The top scorer's title for Division 1 was claimed by Kai Sterne, who put on an outstanding performance, scoring an impressive total of 5 goals for Lost Rovers.

DIVISION TWO  

Moving on to Division 2, it was a week of intense competition. Jewventus faced Dragon These Balls in a top of the table clash, which culminated in a close 2-1 victory for Dragon These Balls who keep up their 100% record this season. However, Athletico Moretti versus OnlyFouls match was a one-sided affair, which saw a staggering 19 goals scored by OnlyFouls compared to Athletico Moretti's 2. Division 2's top scorer was Luke Emery, who played a significant role in OnlyFouls' triumph, contributing 5 goals.

This week's results reflect the tenacity and competitive spirit of all teams involved. As the season progresses, it will be interesting to see which teams can maintain their momentum and which players will continue to dominate the scoring charts. With the top scorers Kai Sterne and Luke Emery setting the bar high, the chase for the golden boot is heating up in both divisions. We are eagerly anticipating the upcoming matches and the exciting football to come.
