LEISURE LEAGUES FRANCHISE SCHEME SECURES ANOTHER VICTORY

A brand-new community 6-a-side league has kicked off in Salisbury, marking the first time Leisure Leagues has brought its brand to the area. The league is also a victory for the company’s franchise scheme, with two of its license holders building it up from scratch.

One of the franchise owners, Rob Hobbs, said, “We are delighted to be kicking off another new league, and in a brand-new area for us. It’s all happened quite quickly.”

Leisure Leagues’ franchise scheme offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to run their own football business with the support of a well-established company. The scheme boasts an impressive success rate and excellent profit margins, providing a chance to earn full-time wages for part-time hours.

Commenting on the success of the Salisbury league, Hobbs said, “We had our eyes on a number of new areas recently, and Salisbury was one that stood out as having great potential. There had been leagues from other providers there in the past, but none seemed to have really kicked on, and we just had a feeling that if it was done properly, there must be a real opportunity for success there.”

The initial plan was to aim for eight teams, but the success of the franchise scheme was evident when the league attracted immediate interest from teams. “We posted into a number of community groups in the area and were amazed to see teams immediately show interest. I think we had three on the first week of advertising. As we got close to launch night, we had another little rush of interest, and we were able to launch with 12 teams,” said Hobbs.

Leisure Leagues’ system is built to accommodate such eventualities, as Hobbs explained, “Luckily we were able to redo the fixtures and keep everyone at the kick-off times they had planned for.”

The ongoing success of the community 6-a-side league in Salisbury is a testament to the benefits of expanding and the profitability of the Leisure Leagues franchise scheme. “We took a bit of a gamble with the venue and instead of just booking half the pitch, we took the whole thing at a favourable rate that was offered so we have room to double our current set up. It’s early days, obviously, and will take some time, but given the early interest, we hope to have a 24 team league here at some point,” said Hobbs.

Leisure Leagues Franchise Head, Chris Rowntree, added his praise to the pair and said it highlighted the success rates of the scheme and the impressive profit margins that can be achieved.

“We’ve demonstrated over the last decade that Leisure Leagues’ franchise scheme is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is passionate about making money and wants to turn that passion into a successful business,” Chris proudly stated. “Our franchisees benefit from a proven business model, ongoing support and training, and access to our network of contacts and resources. It’s a chance to earn full-time wages for part-time hours, and we’re delighted to see that so many of our franchisees are thriving and achieving their goals.”

The franchise scheme is a fantastic opportunity for entrepreneurs to run their own football business with the support of the world’s largest provider of small-sided football. With an impressive success rate and excellent profit margins, it’s a chance to earn full-time wages for part-time hours.
