Sport Development Manager

£20-£30K dependent on experience and skills (or pro rata if part time) plus attractive commission system

We have a number of positions available on full-time, part-time, or flexitime hours available, to assist in the development of our sports league provision, in a variety of sports including football, netball, rugby and hockey.

You will need to be a superb organiser, with excellent communication skills, good social media skills, be willing to learn and be enthusiastic.

We offer an extremely attractive bonus system which should increase your salary by circa 30%. We welcome candidates with experience and no experience, all candidates that need flexible working hours.

 Netball Manager/Football Manager/Rugby Manager/Hockey Manager

£20k - £30k dependent on skills, plus very attractive commission system (or pro rata if part time)

We aim to develop our existing range of seven a side netball leagues across the UK and are looking for an enthusiastic person to develop this program, take charge of it, have superb organisational skills, be a brilliant communicator, and have the drive and enthusiasm to expand our league of netball across the UK. We offer very flexible working hours including part time positions or positions to fit in with families and school hours.

 

Sales Manager/Franchise Sales/Sales Executive

Full time, c. £20,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus aggressive commission system

 We have a full time position for someone to work within our Franchise team particularly to look at both developing new sales targets for our existing franchisees and complement and broaden our existing sales team to look for new franchisees both in the UK and internationally.

The role is based at our Head Office located between Warwick and Solihull (applicants must be able to drive) and is principally a Monday- Friday role, although we will look at applicants who wish to work on a more flexible basis, or may want to work a 4 day week (Monday- Thursday). Applicants should be confident, self-assured, have the ability to communicate by telephone and in person, and enhanced salaries are available for candidates with a previous proven sales background, although we are open minded about looking for someone who wishes to get into the leisure sales industry as a first step.

 

Promotion Manager

£22,000- £26,000 per annum, plus company vehicle and other benefits

We are looking for a committed, fit, enthusiastic person to visit our leagues across the UK, working from Sunday- Thursday, to put up promotional material at venues and towns across the UK. This role suits someone who is able to work late hours, especially so as most driving would be done during teatime, so hours of work would be roughly 3pm- 10pm, although there would be considerable flexibility and this could change on a daily basis.

The successful candidate would be largely managing their own time and day and would be on a strong bonus system dependent on new teams that were gained from the work completed.

The successful applicant will be unafraid to deliver our strong promotional message, and will work closely with our team of Area Manager (office based) to deliver results. A vehicle is provided for use and the role demands unsociable hours during the week.
