We are looking to recruit a number of Football Development Managers to join our new business team.

The Football Development Manager is responsible for managing the whole process of launching new leagues including:

• Sourcing and negotiating bookings with new venues.

• Promoting the league on social media to the communities where they are based

• Recruiting new teams and communicating professionally with them

• Recruiting and inducting league staff

The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

• Target driven with a desire to succeed

• Highly organised

• Strong understanding of social media

The successful candidate has the opportunity to significantly increase their monthly income through an aggressive commission system linked to performance, and many of our Football Development Managers are quickly promoted to senior roles in the organisation, as we quickly identify talent in our fast moving environment.


We are looking for a range of web developers including graduates and those with experience to work on either our WordPress sites or with our bespoke main site (PHP development, Laravel and MySQL) to work in a fast-paced environment building new websites, making changes to our existing websites, and working with our designers to create new projects, mainly in the field of sport.

We are looking for a wide range of applicants and, as we are building an in-house team from scratch (when it has previously been outsourced) we have roles for developers who just want to get started.

This is an opportunity to get into an international leisure organisation, at the start of a new department, and work with all departments to create exciting and innovative website designs and creations which are already seen by hundreds of thousands of people across the UK and internationally.

Leisure Leagues are the UK's leading provider of small-sided football leagues. We are seeking a talented 2D Motion Graphic Animator/Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to work to a brief, as well as having the creativity to come up with their own ideas for projects.

The ideal candidate must have their own transport and license as the job is based at our Head Offices in rural Warwickshire.

The 2D Motion Graphic Animator/Designer is responsible for:

- Working alongside the media team to produce animated graphics for our live show and general video projects.

- Working to deadlines and prioritizing tasks accordingly.

- Presenting information in an easy to understand, visually pleasing manner.

- Creating/animating assets such as lower thirds, logos, intros/outros and text.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes: -

- Proficient user of Adobe Creative Cloud, essentially After Effects, Premier Pro and Photoshop/illustrator.

- Excellent attention to detail

- Creative flair

- Experience in graphic design and animation.


Full time (Sunday- Thursday) and part time (Monday- Wednesday) positions available.


We are looking to recruit a number of Netball Development Managers to join our new business team.


The Netball Development Manager is responsible for managing the whole process of launching new leagues including:


Sourcing and negotiating bookings with new venues to ensure that our leagues only run on the best pitches

Promoting the league on social media to the communities where they are based

Recruiting new teams and communicating professionally with them

Recruiting and inducting league staff

Ensuring that leagues are financially viable

The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:


Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Target driven with a desire to succeed

Good initiative

Business acumen

Highly organised

Strong understanding of social media
