BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (OFFICE BASED)

Flexible part time or full time, £24,000 per annum pro rate plus attractive commission system

We have both part time and full time positions in our Leisure Leagues Head Office located between Warwick and Solihull (applicants must be able to drive) to increase our network of small-sided leagues across the UK. This role chiefly comprises of finding suitable venues, liaising with facilities, having excellent telephone communication skills and having excellent social media skills as well as good interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments within the office, as well as finding suitably qualified Match Officials for the new leagues.

We offer an extremely attractive bonus system which should increase your salary by circa. 30%. We have a flexible hours system for both roles, and particularly the part time role, which could suit people with families or school aged children, for example.

 

NETBALL MANAGER (OFFICE BASED)

Part time or full time, £25,000 per annum pro rata

We have an exciting position, either part time or full time, for an enthusiastic person to expand our range of netball leagues across the UK. This role is located at our air conditioned offices between Warwick and Solihull, therefore all applicants must be able to drive.

The role chiefly compromises of finding suitable venues, umpires and having a good knowledge of netball is certainly helpful. Most have excellent interpersonal skills, good social media skills and be an excellent communicator, particularly on the telephone.

We have a flexible hours system, particularly for part time roles, which can suit people with children (dropping off and collecting from school etc.) or other flexible circumstances as required.

A strong, attractive bonus system is also available.

 

DESIGNER (WEB AND PRINT)

Part time, 2 days per week, £750 pcm

We have an opportunity for a designer, who may be a graduate just out of University, or somebody else wanting to get a foothold into the world of design work, but who is creative and can work quickly, on their own initiative and have good design skills both for web and print media, to work in our air conditioned office between Warwick and Solihull so must be able to drive.

The applicant can choose which days between Monday and Thursday they would like to work and there is some flexibility in the hours. Applicants who are successful, and prove themselves over a period of time, could lead to a full time role.

 

SECRETARIAL and/or ACCOUNTS

Part time, £25,000 pro-rata

We have positions for either secretarial or accounts for one or two days per week, or a combined role, if someone has the suitable skills, at our air conditioned offices between Warwick and Solihull (applicants must be able to drive) with flexible hours to suit the applicant.

For the secretarial position, applicants must be experienced in secretarial dictation and must have an excellent grasp of English.

Applicants for the accounting role should have previous experience in an accounting environment.

These positions offer extremely flexible working hours to suit applicants who may have children, or other circumstances, with hours to suit accordingly, which can be discussed at interview.

 

VIDEOGRAPHER/ EDITOR

Part time or full time, between £20,000 - £30,000 pro rata, dependent on skills, ability and experience

We are looking for someone to join our media team, who already has some experience of videography, editing, camera work, particularly in a social media setting, who can add value to our existing social media, TV and video output. The role is part time or full time, depending on the applicant, and this is an exciting opportunity for a graduate, or somebody already working in the industry, to get a foothold in all the disciplines of a successful media operation.

PROMOTION MANAGER (ON THE ROAD)

£22,000- £26,000 per annum, plus company vehicle and other benefits

Part time or full time

We are looking for a committed, fit, enthusiastic person to visit our leagues across the UK, working from Sunday- Thursday, to put up promotional material at venues and towns across the UK. This role suits someone who is able to work late hours, especially so as most driving would be done during teatime, so hours of work would be roughly 3pm- 10pm, although there would be considerable flexibility and this could change on a daily basis.

The successful candidate would be largely managing their own time and day and would be on a strong bonus system dependent on new teams that were gained from the work completed.

The successful applicant will be unafraid to deliver our strong promotional message, and will work closely with our team of Area Manager (office based) to deliver results. A vehicle is provided for use and the role demands unsociable hours during the week.

 

REFEREES DIRECTOR (ON THE ROAD)

£26,000 per annum, full time, Sunday- Thursday (evening work)

This role is for someone with excellent personal skills who will continually visit our leagues across the UK in a small van (provided by us) to provide a friendly face and liaison link between our office based Area Managers and our key staff at our leagues. The role will also comprise the successful applicant speaking to venues and facilities to try and achieve the best possible rate, as well as ensuring that the basic promotion (banners etc.) are present at the facility itself and in the vicinity of the facility in the town it is in.

Interpersonal skills are absolutely crucial for this role and it involves a lot of driving, particularly going to leagues which are predominantly run from Sunday- Thursday in the evenings. The role comprises a crucial link between our referees at leagues, the facilities we use and our Head Office, as well as ensuring the minimum standards of promotion are present at each venue.


SALES EXECUTIVE

Full time, c. £20,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus aggressive commission system

We have a full time position for someone to work within our Franchise team particularly to look at both developing new sales targets for our existing franchisees and complement and broaden our existing sales team to look for new franchisees both in the UK and internationally.

The role is based at our Head Office located between Warwick and Solihull (applicants must be able to drive) and is principally a Monday- Friday role, although we will look at applicants who wish to work on a more flexible basis, or may want to work a 4 day week (Monday- Thursday). Applicants should be confident, self-assured, have the ability to communicate by telephone and in person, and enhanced salaries are available for candidates with a previous proven sales background, although we are open minded about looking for someone who wishes to get into the leisure sales industry as a first step.
