Administrative, Clerical and Secretarial Roles

Leisure Leagues are one of the UK’s leading organisations in the leisure and tourism industry and have been operating successfully for over 30 years, based at our open plan, modern Head Office situated between Warwick and Solihull.

We have a number of administrative roles available on a part-time, flexible basis working between 15 and 20 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

We have a number of vacancies for support staff in secretarial, administrative and clerical roles to undertake a variety of duties including:

·         producing weekly and monthly financial reports

·         processing and approving of invoices

·         processing of expense claims

·         monitoring use of company credit cards and fuel cards

·         monitoring company expenditure and seeking ways to reduce outgoing costs

·         dealing with any unbanked referee payments, including reporting any overdue owings to debt collection agencies or the police, as appropriate

This role would be particularly fitting to applicants seeking a flexible working environment (such as parents with childcare commitments, retired persons or those returning to work after a career break). Working hours will be discussed with all candidates at the interview stage.

Experience working with Microsoft Office packages including Excel and accounting software (such as Xero, or similar) is required.

The salary offered for the position is in the region of £17,000- £21,000 pro rata (or £8.21 - £10.10 per hour), dependent on the candidate’s previous relevant experience, plus an aggressive results-based commission system to supplement your salary.

New Business Managers

Leisure Leagues are seeking ambitious and target driven candidates to take on the role of New Business Manager, working full time from our open plan, modern Head Office situated between Warwick and Solihull.

Both full and part and part time vacancies are available and working hours will be discussed at the interview stage.

We have a number of vacancies for New Business Managers responsible for expanding our UK operations. The role involves looking for sports venues suitable to operate small-sided leagues and engaging in social media promotion of the new 6-a-side leagues in order to generate team sign-ups. You will need to work using your own initiative in order to maximise the number of new leagues started all across the country and the number of teams joining Leisure Leagues.

This role would be particularly fitting to applicants seeking a flexible working environment (such as parents with childcare commitments, retired persons) or those returning to work after a career break or looking for a career change. Netball Manager

Leisure Leagues have dominated the small-sided football market for over 30 years, and now plan to expand into other sports. We are therefore now seeking ambitious and target driven candidates to take on the role of Netball Manager and to expand our operations into a new sports market, working full time from our open plan, modern Head Office situated between Warwick and Solihull.

The role involves looking for sports venues suitable to operate netball leagues and engaging in social media promotion of the new leagues in order to generate team sign-ups. You will need to work using your own initiative in order to maximise the number of new leagues started all across the country and the number of teams joining Netball Leagues.

The salary offered for the position is in the region of £17,000- £21,000 pro rata, dependent on the candidate’s previous relevant experience, plus an aggressive results-based commission system to supplement your salary.
