Fresh Modas FC has emerged victorious in the first season of the Manchester Academy 6-a-Side League. The league, which kicked off in late 2022 saw intense competition between several teams, but Fresh Modas FC emerged as the champions with an impressive performance throughout the season.

Fresh Modus FC, was founded in December 2022 by a group of local friends from Salford, led by skipper Jake Toal (pictured with trophy) who were looking for fitness and fun. However, the team showed exceptional skills and teamwork in all their matches, and their dedication and hard work paid off as they lifted the trophy at the end of the season.

The Manchester Academy 6-a-Side League is an exciting platform for local football players to showcase their talent and passion for the sport. The league has been a huge success, attracting teams and players from across Manchester, with hundreds of local men and women playing each week.

Speaking about Fresh Modas’ victory, Area Manager Adam Glover said: “The team said It feels amazing to have won the first season of the Manchester Academy 6-a-Side League. We know they worked hard as a team and gave their best in every match. The competition was tough, but they managed to stay focused and come out on top. This victory is not just for them, but for all the players who spend their Monday nights with us.”
