We are absolutely delighted to let you know that you can now register for all our AREA 6 a side leagues as a Single Player as well as a team.

We know not everyone has a team to play with, maybe you’ve just moved to an area, or maybe you are a bit older and don’t have enough players who can commit the time, but you can still play 5 or 6 a side football in the world’s best small-sided leagues. thanks to our unique Single Player feature, everyone can play!

Joining is so easy! And having a team to play with has already given players up and down the country the chance to join in with team sports (in many cases for the first time since school!) And make new friends.

Leisure Leagues Andy Thorley said: “We’ve just seen mental health awareness week in the UK and we know how important playing regular sport can be for people to avoid feelings of isolation and loneliness. We are absolutely delighted that our leagues help people in this way!

“The mental and physical health outcomes are just two of the ways we give back to communities across the UK.”

All you have to do is go to the league that is best for you. Click the Red “Join A League” box, select the “Single Player” option and we’ll do the rest, and you can just get on with playing! We’ll give you a call and try and get you fixed up with a team, or if we have enough single players, we will make them into a team for you. Either way, we’ll get you sorted!

As long as you are 16 or over, no one should be left behind, or be left out.
