A super opening night of football on the season in Cardiff, so well done to all teams who were there.

We had a few no shows, including Liz FC who have now been removed and replaced with new team Sophia Madrid. We would like to wish our newest addition the best of luck in their up coming fixtures.

CF3, Dewi Santos and Smoking Aces will all be there Sunday, they were all struggling for team last week, but all are raring to go for this week.

I am also pleased to confirm that FC Falcons grabbed Runners up from last season.

Cardiff Leisure Leagues Sunday: 6-a-side football round up
Tudor Motors all but sealed the 6-a-side football title in the Cardiff Sunday league after Daniel Harvey helped them destroy Penarth Panthers 7-1.

Dyslexic CF kept up the pressure however, and still retain just small hopes of taking the silverware as Nathan Parry ensured a fine 7-0 thumping of Smokin’ Aces.

FC Falcons can still finish second after Luke Bowen’s “super, smashing, great” display in a 6-3 dismissal of CF3 FC, who saw their challenge ended.

Finally it was a case of “yeah but Probert” for FC Ely, who had Steven Probert in fine form as they overcame Liz FC 4-1.
