Welcome to the round-up of the Dorchester Thursday 6 a side football league, held at 1610 Sports Centre, where the first matches of the new season have just been completed. All 10 teams were in attendance, showcasing their skills and determination to start off the season with a bang.

The first match of the week was between Weybiza and Big Knobs FC, which ended in a thrilling 2-2 draw. Both teams fought hard, with Weybiza taking the lead through an early goal, only for Big Knobs FC to come back and level the score. Weybiza regained the lead in the second half, but Big Knobs FC fought back once again to earn a hard-fought point.

The second match of the week saw Madeline Milan and Expected Toulouse face off against each other, resulting in a 1-1 draw. Both teams played well, with Madeline Milan taking the lead in the first half, only for Expected Toulouse to equalize in the second half, resulting in a fair result for both teams.

The third match of the week saw Narn Munchester FC dominate their opponents, FSMFC, with a convincing 8-1 victory. Narn Munchester FC showed their attacking prowess, with a hat-trick from one of their players, helping them secure their first victory of the season.

In the fourth match of the week, Shane Long Island Iced Tea and Churchys Gaffney went head to head in a tightly contested match, with Shane Long Island Iced Tea coming out on top with a 4-3 victory. Both teams played with determination, but Shane Long Island Iced Tea managed to hold on to their lead to secure the win.

The final match of the week saw Super Scrubs dominate the pitch, with a convincing 6-0 victory over the Brexit Ballers. Super Scrubs showed their attacking prowess, with goals from multiple players, securing their first victory of the season.
