Monday 11th September - Cannock and Hednesford Round-Up

Another fine evening's action in the Cannock and Hednesford Monday 6 a side league saw all teams in attendance as scheduled except Barsportelona who gave a weeks notice due to player holiday but return to action on Monday 18th September.  Onto the matches...

In the Premier League division, Harchester United fell to AFC Hednesford Rejects with a close score of 1-2. Skillage In The Village brought their A-game, beating Aston Villagers 5-1, while Athletico Gem Carpets United accomplished an impressive 7-0 victory over Tekkerslovakia. The Swan FC and Karius To Glory ended in a thrilling 5-5 draw, showcasing the competitive nature of the league.

Over in Division 1, Murder On Zidanes Floor triumphed with a narrow 1-0 victory over Colonel Getafe, while Neville Wears Prada convincingly defeated Sevilla Depression 4-1. The match between Red Hot Chilli Knackers and The Arcade Cannock ended in a 1-1 stalemate.

In Division 2, McCaffies Fc edged out Ayden B 3-2 while Koch In Dias and Paris Ganja Man shared points in a 2-2 draw. Socks blasted 7 goals past Beacon Bombs, ending the match 7-2 in their favour.

Meanwhile, in Division 3, Pathetico Madrid put on a stellar performance, thrashing Bargain Boyz 7-0, while It Was Just Matip and Netsix And Chill triumphed over their opponents 4-2. The match between Bazikstan FC and The Special Ones ended in a 2-2 draw.
