Monday 17th April - Cannock Round-Up

The Cannock 6-a-side league returned to action on Monday, 17th April, and what a night it was! All 32 teams across four divisions were present, except for Foley Kings, who will make their return on the 24th of April.

In the Premier Division, Skillage in the Village got off to a fantastic start, defeating Karius to Glory 3-1, while Harchester United produced a dominant display to beat Tekkerslovakia 4-1. In the last match of the division, Aston Villagers and Bridge Rejects shared the spoils, drawing 1-1 in a closely contested match.

In Division One, The Swan FC and The Arcade Cannock played out a 1-1 draw, while Sporting Bad Haircuts put in an impressive performance to beat Thiago X Silva 4-1. Sevilla Depression also secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Harriers, while Barsportelona narrowly edged past Neville Wears Prada, winning 1-0.

In Division Two, Socks started the evening well, defeating Smokehouse Athletic 2-0, but Red Hot Chilli Knackers overcame The Special Ones 3-1 in a tight match. Paris Ganja Man put on a dominant display to beat Koch in Dias 6-3, while Adi Cannock and Madeline Milan shared the spoils in a thrilling 3-3 draw.

In Division Three, Pathetico Madrid got their campaign off to a flying start, beating Netsix and Chill 3-0, while It Was Just Matip put on a dominant display to secure a 4-1 victory over Set 8 Ballers. Beacon Bombs put on a show to beat Gangsters Allardyce 6-3, while Ayden B produced the most impressive performance of the night, scoring seven goals to defeat Dijk in Dias 7-1.
