Monday 6th November - Cannock and Hednesford Round-Up

It was a good end to the season in the Cannock and Hednesford Monday 6 a side league this week.  We did unusually have a handful of cancellations, but Colonel Getafe and Old Boys Like return as normal for the new season.  Quantum FC have been removed from the league as they failed to attend without providing any notification to us, this was their second absence in succession.

In the Premier League division, Skillage in the Village shone brightly, dominating The Swan FC 4-1, and finishing the season on top with an impressive 23 points and 10 victories. The team's robust offensive play led them to triumphant success.

In Division 1, Sevilla Depression sealed their victorious campaign with a nerve-wracking 3-2 win over Murder On Zidanes Floor. With a total of 22 points and 11 wins, they have certainly set a high bar for next season.

Division 2 witnessed Socks deliver a spectacular performance, trouncing McCaffies Fc 5-0, a testament to their superior game strategy. They ended the season with a remarkable 23 points and 11 victories, emerging as the undisputed champions of their division.

In Division 3, The Special Ones lived up to their name, delivering an 8-3 drubbing to Gangsters Allardyce, and finishing the season with 23 points and 11 wins, making them the champions of their division.

This season's top scorers included Skillage in the Village in Premier League, Sevilla Depression in Division 1, Socks in Division 2, and The Special Ones in Division 3. These teams demonstrated a high level of skill and teamwork, which was reflected in their respective victories.
