Monday 9th June - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Cannock Monday 6 a side league.  We did have a couple of cancellations but all teams who were missing are due back as normal next week.

In the Premier League division, MDMaccies FC emerged victorious against Game Set And Snatch in a close encounter. The match ended with MDMaccies FC slightly edging out their opponents with a 3-2 scoreline. The game was a showcase of attacking football, with MDMaccies FC's star striker proving to be the difference between the two sides.

In Division 1, two exhilarating matches took place. Between The Spreadsheets and Were Better At Pool battled to a 2-2 draw in a closely fought contest. Sevilla Depression emerged victorious against Paralympiacos, with a final scoreline of 6-3. The top scorer for Division 1 was Sevilla Depression’s striker who scored a hat trick, contributing significantly to their victory.

Division 2 saw The Special Ones overcoming Villains FC 6-4 in a high-scoring match. The Arcade Cannock and Ayden B equally matched each other, resulting in a 1-1 draw. The Special Ones’ forward was the star of the Division, netting four of the six goals for his team.

In Division 3, BC emerged as the winner against RonOLDos with a 4-2 win, while Bargain Boyz and Pjanic At The Isco ended their game in a 2-2 draw. Bargain Boyz's striker stood out with a brace, making him the top scorer for his division.
