Sunday 15th January - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week overall.  We were however disappointed to see a non-attendance from Firing Squad who will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 22nd January.

We are delighted to welcome new team Panthers FC to Division One, and wish these good luck going into their first fixture on Sunday 22nd January as they go into Division One against Hednesford U5's.

In the Premier Division, We Kante Win made it 3 wins from 3 this week as they ran out 2-1 winners over FUB FC in a well competed game.  Stroke Titty were convincing 5-1 winners over 01543 FC to move into third place, whilst Snorting Wizbon ran out 5-3 winners in a thrilling game against Team Maestro to claim their first win of the campaign and move off the bottom.

Only Matip Inn keep their perfect start to the season going and sit top of Division One after a 6-0 thrashing of Put It In Dias, whilst Ayden FC romped to a 9-1 win over Hednesford U5's to move joint top of the table.  Norfolk In Chance were another team in clinical form this week, they thrashed ACFC 6-0 to move into third position.
