Sunday 22nd March - Cannock Round-Up

It was an excellent evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night and all three games played competitively.

The first match saw a thrilling face-off between two of the league's heavyweights, 01543 FC and FUB FC. Both teams showcased their impressive skills on the field, but it was 01543 FC who emerged as the victors with a close 3-2 win, demonstrating their determination and resilience.

The high-scoring game between What Divock and Hednesford U5s proved to be a nail-biter, with the final goal tipping the balance in favor of Hednesford U5s, resulting in a 6-5 victory. Both teams displayed an exceptional level of gameplay, leaving spectators in absolute awe of their performance.

The highlight of the evening, however, was the match between Tenpin Tuesdays and Weetasix. Tenpin Tuesdays dominated the game with a stunning 6-1 victory, showcasing their superb teamwork and exceptional athletic ability. They proved why they are considered to be one of the top contenders in the Premier League division.
