Sunday 29th June - Cannock Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some well competed football played.

In the first match, a high-powered performance was displayed by 01543 FC as they decimated FUB FC with a substantial 5-1 victory. The team's electrifying energy and calculated strategies were the highlight of the night, swiftly dismantling FUB FC's defense. Their top scorer, whose identity remains anonymous, exhibited an impressive performance, scoring three of the five goals.

The second fixture saw a nail-biting finish, with Bar Snort FC narrowly being defeated by Glass On Grass 2-3. This match was a true testament to the spirit of football, as both teams exhibited unrivaled dedication and tenacity. Despite the loss, Bar Snort FC's top scorer made a considerable contribution to the game, scoring both of the team's goals.

The third game was another striking victory for What Divock, who commanded the field against Hednesford U5s with a 5-1 win. Their top scorer kept the audience on their feet with his swift moves and precise shots.

The final match of the night was a roller-coaster ride, featuring The Monks Crow-Knees and Still Havent Got One Yet. In a stunning turn of events, Still Havent Got One Yet displayed a commanding performance, taking home an 8-3 victory over The Monks Crow-Knees. Their top scorer was in top form, contributing half of the team's goals.
