Sunday 7th May - Cannock Round-Up

Sunday 6-a-side league, played on May 7th at the 5's Pavilion and Sports Ground. There was plenty of excitement and some surprising results across both divisions.

Over in Division One, newcomers Fatletico III will be joining the league next week as a replacement for ACFC, who have withdrawn from the league after completing their notice period. Good luck to Fatletico III in their debut game on Sunday 14th May!

In the Premier Division, 01543 FC put in a dominant performance, scoring five goals without reply against the MASTER HATERS. AYDEN FC and SKY BLUE ARMY had a closely contested game, but it was the Sky Blue Army who came out on top, winning 2-1. TEAM MAESTRO and STROKE TITTY shared the spoils in an entertaining 3-3 draw. Meanwhile, DIADORA FC secured a solid 3-1 win against NORFOLK N CHANCE, and WE KANTE WIN put eight past SNORTING WIZBON to secure a resounding victory.

In this week's Division One games, HEDNESFORD U5S put on an impressive performance, beating KANE COBRAS FC 7-1. BREAST RUMMIGE ALBION secured a 2-1 victory over BAR SNORT FC, while LEAVEMYARSEALONA were narrowly beaten 3-2 by FUB FC. Finally, AC MCCANN and DYNAMO FUKTHEREST played out an entertaining 1-1 draw.
