Sunday 8th August - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance for their matches across both divisions throughout the night.

There were some entertaining matches played across both divisions with some really entertaining games played in the Premier Division.  Messi Busquets won the Messi derby as they overcame It Just Got Messi 3-2 to move to the top of the table.  Nutmeg City moved into second place, joint on points with the leaders, as they ran out 5-2 winners over Strix.  Snorting Wizbon were also 3-2 winners in their match against Dunno Pal FC, whilst Plain Ham Sandwich were comfortable 5-0 winners over Team Maestro. moving them up to fourth place.

Dynamo Fuktherest remain leaders in Division One, they were 3-2 winners against Pique Blinders who drop to third place, with FUB FC moving into second following a narrow 1-0 win over 01543 FC.  Cannock Town and Diadora FC both recorded 5-0 wins in their games against Double Pogba, and Dingles Reunited respectively.
