Excitement and energy filled the air last night as the seventh week of the Cannock Wednesday 6-a-side Football League unfolded, making for a compelling series of contests across the five divisions.
In the Premier League, Banglasesh FC exhibited a dominant performance, trouncing Nutmeg City 4-0. Ideal FC showed their skills by putting up an impressive six goals against Toby Minton FC, ending the game 6-1. Lastly, Clarence F.C. maintained a clean sheet against Wheely Bad Fc, winning 2-0.
The Division 1 games were equally thrilling. The face-off between Restored V2 and Blink 1 Eto ended in a 1-1 tie, while Oriental Delight and Romasexuals also shared the spoils with a 3-3 draw. Murder On Zidane's Floor achieved a 2-0 victory over The Exsvendaballs, and in one of the night's most high-scoring bouts, Donk II crushed TomBolas FC with an astonishing 13-0 victory.
In Division 2, Cannockbis Dank Council overcame Mables Spartans with a 5-2 win, Limes FC secured a 3-0 victory over Norton Wanderers, and Pop Shuv-It clinched a 2-0 win against Galacticos. Schlupp Matip triumphed over Double Pogba and Coke in a close match, ending 5-3.
Division 3 saw Limes FC 2 secure a decisive 3-0 win against 12leftlegs, while Plough & Harris delivered a stunning 6-2 triumph over Five Ways. Rubber Ducks Fc also managed a 2-0 victory over Demba 9 Ba, and Blewitt FC overcame Wyrley Ultras 3-1.
Finally, in Division 4, Chase Ay We came out ahead of The Pitmen with a 3-1 win. Pen Pushers FC showed their strength with a 5-1 victory over Inter Yer Nan, and Need A Treadmill FC tied with Funny Innit, 1-1. Closing out the night, Under My Cucurella beat Durag McMahon 4-1.
