Wednesday 21st May - Cannock and Hednesford Round-Up
It was a slightly disjointed evening in the Wednesday league at Cannock this week as we had a few teams missing due to the Europa League Final, we look forward to seeing all back in attendance for the next round of matches.
In the Premier League Division, IDEAL FC defeated Wheely Bad FC with a score of 4-2, while Jimmy Sevilla FC outperformed Victor Moses Lawn with a final score of 5-1. Puyol Pant's Down secured a narrow victory against Nutmeg City, ending the game with a scoreline of 2-1.
The exuberance in Division 1 was palpable as Toby Minton FC clashed with The Exsvendaballs, the latter emerging victorious with a 2-1 lead. Oriental Delight blanked Limes FC with a 3-0 win, and Murder On Zidane's Floor trounced Mables Spartans with a convincing 4-0 score.
In Division 2, Double Pogba and Coke tied Galacticos in a nail-biting 1-1 draw. TomBolas FC demonstrated a dominant performance over Gerihatricks with a comprehensive 4-0 victory.
Division 3 witnessed Cannockbis Dank Council drawing Romasexuals in a tightly contested match ending 1-1. Burntwood FC beat Limes FC 2 with a score of 5-2.
In Division 4, Elite FC and Cals U6s settled for a 2-2 draw. Funny Innit routed The Pitmen with a staggering 12-2 score. Five Ways concluded the week with a clean 8-0 victory against Rosa Parks The Bus.
