Wednesday 26th November - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock Wednesday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception disappointingly being 12 Left Legs who've now been removed from the league.  There was a cancellation from Schlupp Matip who we thank for contacting us and look forward to seeing back next week.

In the Premier League division, IDEAL FC put up a tough fight against Clarence F.C., narrowly securing a 2-1 victory. Meanwhile, a tight match between NUTMEG CITY and Toby Minton FC ended in a 1-1 stalemate. Jimmy Sevilla FC and Romasexuals both showcased their offensive prowess with 3-1 victories over Donk II and Banglasesh FC respectively.

In Division 1, Unathletico Madrid faced a tough defeat against Blink 1 Eto, who exhibited a dominant 5-1 performance. Barry Ruins Everything Fc delivered the biggest win of the night, crushing Murder On Zidane's Floor 7-0.

The action continued in Division 2, where Norton Wanderers fell to a 10-1 defeat against Plough & Harris; Chase Ay We outperformed LIMES FC 3-1; and MABLES SPARTANS kept a clean sheet with a 2-0 victory over Pop Shuv-It.

In Division 3, Gas On Grass and Joga Bonito ended their match in a 2-2 draw. Demba 9 Ba lost 3-1 to Blewitt FC, and Pen Pushers FC trounced Murder On Zidanes Floor 2 with a 7-2 victory.

Finally, in Division 4, Expected Toulouse secured a 2-0 victory against Wyrley Ultras; Fattys edged out The Pitmen 1-0; Bench Warmers dominated Under My Cucurella with a 5-1 scoreline, and Durag McMahon triumphed over Funny Innit with a decisive 8-2 victory.
