Wednesday 8th December - Cannock Round-Up

It was a much better evening in the Cannock Wednesday 6 a side league this week, as all teams who were missing last week returned to action and some excellent football was played throughout the night.

We welcomed new teams Cheslyn Hay FC and Ajax Trees Down to the league this week, Cheslyn Hay joined into the Premier Division and drew 1-1 with Murder on Zidane's Floor in a good first performance.  Ajax had a difficult start to the league but will be looking to improve over the next few weeks as they get used to the league a bit more.

Please note in advance that when this season finishes on Wednesday 22nd December, there will be a one week break on 29th December, and the new season will then kick off on Wednesday 5th January 2022.
