Play in the Lincoln Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

As the first week of Lincoln Monday's 6-a-side football season kicked off with great enthusiasm, the teams from Division 1, 2, 3, and 4 showcased their skills and determination on the field.

In Division 1, Stepping Stone delivered a dominating performance against Costa Reefa, leaving them in the dust with an 8-0 victory. However, Costa Reefa's spirit remained unbroken, and they are ready to bounce back in the next week. Crown And Arrows FC also equalled Stepping Stone's intensity by defeating Veggie Hunters FC 6-0.

Division 2 saw some intense competition with the Chicken Bandits CFC overcoming Hungry Jippos 4-2. GSFC also pulled off a victory by outscoring Hello You Cantona 6-3. GSFC and Chicken Bandits CFC are currently leading in Division 2.

In Division 3, Fk In Dias surged past Jimmys Kids with a 7-1 victory, demonstrating their goal-scoring prowess. Ctrl Alt Defeat managed to secure a win by scoring 4-2 against Bifrangi Imps. In a close match, Leavemyarsealona managed to edge Glebe United 5-3.

Division 4 witnessed the most high-scoring match of the week, with Substandard Liege annihilating West Common Wanderers 22-0. Bayern Neverlusen also managed a victory over Bonnie Blues 6 Man Squad with a score of 5-3.

As the season has just started, all teams have shown impressive performances and are eager to improve their standings in the upcoming weeks. The top scorers of the week were Stepping Stone and Substandard Liege in their respective divisions, showing their strong offensive capabilities early in the season.
